Endprodukt sind gleich gekennzeichnete Teile.<br\/><strong>Aktuatoren:<\/strong> Servoachse, Drucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Steuerung \u2013 Die Verwaltung der Maschine erfolgt mit einer SPS, geeigneter Anwendungssoftware und einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Modul, das alle Verwaltungs-, Regulierungs- und Ausf\u00fchrungsteile der Maschine steuert. Das HMI-Bedienfeld erm\u00f6glicht die \u00c4nderung der Maschinensteuerung und der Druckereinstellungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Einlaufbereich \u2013 Der Bediener bringt den Rahmen zum Drucken in Position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Positioniersystem \u2013 Die Positionierung im XY-Raum erfolgt mit zwei Servoachsen. Die Achsen trugen den Druckkopf. Die H\u00f6he des Druckkopfes (Z-Achse) kann manuell eingestellt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Markiersystem \u2013 Die SPS verwaltet die Achsen und erh\u00e4lt Positionsinformationen. Abh\u00e4ngig von der Achsposition sendet die SPS einen Auftrag an den Drucker, um die Markierung vorzunehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Auslaufbereich \u2013 am Ende des Vorgangs werden die Achsen in die Ausgangsposition zur\u00fcckgebracht und es ist m\u00f6glich, den Rahmen aus der Maschine zu entfernen. Gleich gekennzeichnete elektronische Bauteile stehen zur Weiterverarbeitung bereit.<\/p>\n<\/main>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-container
