Sie wurde entwickelt, um die Zug-\/Druckeigenschaften von Federn zu pr\u00fcfen und zu untersuchen und bei Alterungstests Ver\u00e4nderungen der Eigenschaften oder Br\u00fcche zu erkennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die Umwandlung von Dreh in eine lineare Bewegung, die Vorrichtung gestreckt und dr\u00fcckt den Feder zusammen , und sammelt und zeigt Informationen \u00fcber die Kraft F (N) an bestimmten Punkten w\u00e4hrend jeder Zykluszeit t (s) und der Federweg (S) mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Arten von Tests:<br\/>1. Testeigenschaften der Feder<br\/>2. Erm\u00fcdungstest<br\/>3. Test Charakteristika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Zug-, Druck-, Biege- und Drehfeder durch die Kraft F belastet, die Kraftpunkt macht den Weg s die Schlaffe genannt Ist.<br\/>SCADA-Anwendung sammelt Daten \u00fcber die H\u00f6he der Kraft F (N) in bestimmten Punkten des Federweges S (mm), und vergleicht die tats\u00e4chlichen Eigenschaften mit den vorgegebenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Erm\u00fcdungstest<br\/>Erm\u00fcdung ist die allm\u00e4hliche Entstehung von Materialsch\u00e4den aufgrund l\u00e4ngerer periodisch schwankender Belastung (Stress).<br\/>SCADA Anwendung sammelt Daten \u00fcber den Betrag der Kraft (N) durch die Test Zeit (Zyklen) t (s). Es zeigt die Auswirkungen der Erm\u00fcdung im Laufe der Zeit und das Moment durch dynamische Belastungen verursachte Rissbildung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SCADA-Anwendung auf PC:<br\/>SCADA-Anwendung hat die Aufgabe die Daten zu sammeln und zu analysieren, und mit der besten Sichtbarkeit die Eigenschaften der getesteten Federn, anzuzeigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch SCADA Anwendung m\u00f6gliche Modifikation von Parametern durchzuf\u00fchren, wie beispielsweise:<br\/>\u2022 Variable Schrittmotorgeschwindigkeit (f\u00fcr Testbed\u00fcrfnisse)<br\/>\u2022 Einstellen der Grenzen nach Lesen der Messwerte<br\/>\u2022 Einstellung Grenzwerte f\u00fcr Alarm aus, bei \u00c4nderung der Eigenschaften oder bei Federbruch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Anwendung, zus\u00e4tzlich zu dem Diagramm angezeigt Messungen:<br\/>\u2022 Zyklen Z\u00e4hler<br\/>\u2022 Aktuelle Motordrehzahl<br\/>\u2022 Alarme beim \u00c4ndern Charakteristiken oder Federbruch<\/p>\n<\/main>\n\n\n\n<figure
