{"id":384,"date":"2016-04-23T11:56:33","date_gmt":"2016-04-23T11:56:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/enso.hr\/en\/?page_id=384"},"modified":"2026-03-04T13:19:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T13:19:46","slug":"plc-programming","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/enso.hr\/en\/plc-programming\/","title":{"rendered":"PLC programming of production lines and machines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">PLC programming service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PLC programming and commissioning of machines, standalone stations and automated lines controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).\u00a0<strong>Many years of experience in programming Siemens PLC (Step7 and TIA Portal), Beckhoff PLC (TwinCAT 3).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">PLC technology and purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PLC systems have digital and analog inputs and outputs with the possibility of expansion with appropriate cards, such as additional input-output modules or special modules such as RTD analog inputs (temperature measurement), various communication modules, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital outputs control contactors for fans, pumps, conveyors, signals for switching on various devices such as vibrators, hoppers or lights, valves for pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. The line consists of 4 segments. The first two entry segments are deplatizers for receiving of empty crates and bottles. Empty crates and bottles are delivered to the next segment that places the bottles in the crates. The line includes plasma cleaning, screw tightening, optical control, pressing, pick and place and various measurements.
