“DOZA-K” machine for packaging bulk materials.
1. Control part – control is performed via PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
2. Input part – consists of a hopper into which the operator pours the material that freely falls into the transport and distribution system.
3. Transport system – The material is evenly distributed along the dosing channel using a built-in electric vibrator. Transport takes place at two different speeds that are adjustable.
4. Dosing and packaging filling system – The material from the transport system enters the output container until the dosing scale registers the desired mass of material. Then, a valve is opened via a pneumatic cylinder, which releases the material into the output channel and into the desired packaging.
