Feeder description
A bowl feeder consists of two components:
- A bowl of a certain volume in which there are paths along which the pieces travel. The paths serve to orient and sort the pieces towards the exit of the bowl.
- A drive that produces vibrations that are transmitted to the bowl.
Characteristics
- Outer diameter of bowl up to 650 mm
- 3D printed bowls have proven to be wear-resistant
- Possibility of applying special coatings for oiled parts
- Vibro drive can be electric or pneumatic for EX zone
