Feeder description
Step feeders consist of:
- a feeding basket
- separation plates
- drive for separation plates
The receiving basket has a volume that is designed for a certain number of pieces. The plates are moved to separate the pieces into a row. At the top of the panels is a trail where unit pieces are ready for further transport and processing.
Characteristics
- Sliding plates made of stainless steel or tempered steel
- Drive can be electric or pneumatic for EX zones
