Consent and right to withdraw

By sending an inquiry through the contact form, you agree to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in this policy. Analytics cookies are set only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw or change at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.

Data controller

ENSO d.o.o. za usluge, proizvodnju i trgovinu, Industrijska ulica 5, HR-43280 Garešnica, Croatia, VAT ID (OIB): 18578064641 (hereinafter: ENSO). Personal data is any information that directly or indirectly identifies you (e.g. name, email address), and processing covers any operation performed on such data (collection, storage, use, erasure).

What data do we collect?

  • Data you enter yourself in the contact form: first and last name, email address, company name (optional), inquiry topic and message content.
  • Technical data collected automatically through cookies with your consent (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited) - see our Cookie policy.

Purpose of processing

  • Responding to inquiries and preparing quotations.
  • Establishing and maintaining a business relationship.
  • Statistical analysis of website usage to improve content (Google Analytics 4).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

Commercial communication

ENSO does not currently send newsletters or automated marketing messages. We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry, unless you request additional information yourself.

Is data shared with third parties?

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except:

  • Google Ireland Limited, as a processor for the Google Analytics 4 service (only with your consent to analytics cookies) - data may be transferred outside the EEA under the standard contractual clauses provided by Google.
  • The web hosting provider that technically delivers contact form inquiries to info@enso.hr.
  • YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) when you choose to play a video on our product pages - videos are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Where and how is data stored?

Data is stored on secured servers, and access is restricted to ENSO d.o.o. employees who need the data to process your inquiry.

How long do we keep your data?

  • We keep contact form data for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact, or until the end of the business relationship and the associated statutory retention periods.
  • We keep data collected through Google Analytics 4 for 14 months, in line with the default Google Analytics settings.
  • Your cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser until you change them or clear your browser data.

Your rights and contact

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. You can send your request to info@enso.hr. Due to the size of its operations, ENSO d.o.o. has not appointed a data protection officer - data protection inquiries are handled by the company management at the address above.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR, you may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, azop.hr.
