Boiler room visualisation and monitoring for Pivovara Daruvar
Steam pressure and water level in the boiler room were monitored locally on each device, with no central overview. We built a SCADA system that collects the measurements from the boilers via RTU acquisition and displays them in a DaqFactory interface with historical trends and alarms.

Steam pressure and water level were monitored without central supervision
In the boiler room of Pivovara Daruvar, steam is a key medium in the production process, and the boiler pressure and water level must be kept within strict limits for safety and stable plant operation.
The client wanted a system that visualises and signals these parameters centrally instead of monitoring them only locally on each device - with insight into historical trends and timely notification of deviations.
RTU acquisition from the boilers, processed in a DaqFactory SCADA interface
Steam pressure and water level are measured directly on the boilers, and an RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) collects these signals and passes them to the SCADA layer.
The visualisation is built in DaqFactory - the system shows the current state of the boiler room, archives the measurements as historical trends and signals deviations from the set limits.
Central boiler room monitoring instead of local readings
