A long-standing partnership on the PLC scope of Element Logic's lines
As a partner of Element Logic, we worked on the programming and electrical design of parcel logistics lines. Together with their engineers we produced the EPLAN documentation and prepared the offline software, which included developing standard blocks.
We worked with Element Logic from the very start of the project, through many iterations of block development and software upgrades on the first lines in Frankfurt - experience that went directly into the next, larger project.
A site with five new lines in Unna, commissioned over one year
After the successful commissioning of the line in Frankfurt came the project in Unna - a large site with five new lines. Commissioning took place step by step, line by line, and took a year in total.
The standard PLC blocks developed during the Frankfurt project were reused and refined across all lines in Unna, which sped up programming and reduced errors when commissioning each subsequent line.
