Service3D printing

Large-scale prototyping

As part of our development process, we use large-format industrial 3D printing systems (600x600x600 mm). This technology allows us to quickly produce functional prototypes and specific industrial components that speed up complex mechanical engineering projects. We offer printing exclusively for industrial prototyping and large-format parts.

In-house additive manufacturing capacity

As part of our development process, we use our own additive manufacturing capacity, which lets us quickly produce specific components and functional prototypes. Our machine park consists of four industrial systems suited to different precision and size requirements.

Used every day to produce holders, mounting elements, jigs and specific technical details that require high accuracy.

Robust large-format systems for oversized parts. They excel at producing vibratory feeder bowls and other large industrial housings.

Having our own 3D printing technology in-house significantly speeds up testing and assembly, because it lets us develop and implement solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project in the shortest possible time.

We use the technology every day in the development of custom machines - for rapid prototyping of parts before final production - and in the production of vibratory feeders, where we print bowls and housings adapted to the specific part geometry.

Experience

Experienced pioneers in large-format printing

As one of the first on the market to recognize the potential of additive manufacturing, we invested in large-format systems while the technology was still in its infancy. Our long experience is confirmed by complex projects such as the tanker model we printed for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture (FSB) in Zagreb, where the build size of our printers and the print precision were key to the laboratory research.
