Mechanical and electrical design

The mechanical and electrical parts of each machine are designed by our own engineers, who are involved in every phase of the project and can therefore respond to any challenge that arises during prototyping.

Delivery

What every project includes

Every machine is delivered as a complete, documented and certified system. The customer does not have to worry about compliance with European standards - that is our responsibility.

CE marking and declaration of conformity
The machine undergoes a conformity assessment under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. It is supplied with an EU declaration of conformity and the CE marking.
Technical documentation and risk assessment
Technical file with a list of the applied standards. We carry out a risk assessment when the machine's application requires it.
LOTO/LOTOTO procedures for safe maintenance
Defined isolation points for electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic energy, and the lockout procedure before any work on the machine.
Operating and maintenance instructions
Instructions for operators and maintenance staff with a maintenance plan and parts list. EPLAN electrical diagrams as well as pneumatic and hydraulic schematics are an integral part of the instructions.
Drawings of non-standard parts
Workshop drawings of all parts made specifically for your machine, for manufacturing replacement parts.
