Industrial circular vibratory feeder

The circular vibratory feeder is the heart of every vibratory feeding system. The sorting bowl is designed digitally in SolidWorks to the exact part geometry and 3D printed from highly resistant polymers - no manual welding, and a fully repeatable part path. The system orients and feeds small parts at high speed: screws, fasteners, injection-molded plastic parts and other small components.

Capacity and speed

For simpler parts, such as screws with washers, the system reaches a capacity of up to 60 parts per second, with the same operating principle for different lengths and diameters.

Drive

Our sorting bowls are driven by AFAG (Emerson) and RNA Automation vibratory drives, with an optional ATEX (EX) version for operation in explosive atmospheres.
