Machines for testing and measuring parts

Machines and devices for automated quality inspection and testing of component characteristics - from optical inspection and dimensional measurement to force measurement of welds and springs. They replace manual checks with systems that eliminate human error and ensure repeatability.

Cameras and protocols

We use smart cameras with PROFINET or a direct electrical connection, as well as industrial GigE cameras whose images we process in OpenCV.

Measurement and inspection

We measure part dimensions, count blobs (parts) and compare captured images with a reference image to detect deviations. For mechanical testing, we build force measurement devices - a tensile tester for welds and springs, and a device for dynamic spring force measurement.

Reports

In every measurement, the measured data is what matters. Our machines and devices store the data in databases, from which a variety of reports can be generated.
