How it works

Weight-based dosing with automatic flap opening

DOZA-K is a PLC-controlled machine for dosing bulk materials. The operator pours the material into the input hopper, from where it falls freely into the transport and distribution system.

The material is evenly distributed along the dosing channel by a built-in electric vibrator, at two different adjustable transport speeds. The material from the transport system enters the output container until the dosing scale registers the desired mass of material. A pneumatic cylinder then opens a flap, which releases the material into the output channel and into the desired packaging.

The PLC controls the entire dosing cycle, from transporting the material to the moment the scale registers the set mass and the flap opens towards the packaging.
