DOZA-SD is a semi-automatic machine for packing bulk materials. The operator pours the material into the input funnel, from where it falls freely into the transport and distribution system.
The material is evenly distributed along the dosing channel by the built-in electric vibrator, at two adjustable transport speeds. The material from the transport system then falls through a guide funnel into the bag in which it is packed. The bag sits in a holder, activated by a hand lever, that allows the bag to be placed and removed - the operator starts dosing with a push button on the control cabinet or a foot pedal.
Interface and control logic
Dosing is started manually by the operator, via a push button on the control cabinet or a foot pedal, while the material transport speed has two adjustable levels.
