Recipe-based drying with PID control of air flow and temperature
SUKI dries electronic components for TDK Croatia in Kutina. Wet components are placed into the machine in a basket, and the operator selects the drying parameters from a recipe matched to the component type.
The air flow and temperature are regulated by a PID controller according to the selected parameters, while PT100 probes continuously measure the temperature throughout the entire cycle. Overheat protection is provided by thermostats, and basket lock sensors check that the basket is locked before the cycle starts.
