PREMKO - reel rewinding machine
A machine that rewinds reels with precise positioning and tracking of every part on the carrier tape for TDK Croatia.
Rewinding with counting and positioning of tested parts
PREMKO rewinds reels with precise positioning of the parts under test. On the left side of the machine there is a servo-driven holder for the reel under test, while on the right side there is a holder for the auxiliary reel onto which the tape is wound during operation.
The tape running from reel to reel passes over a parts counter that counts the part positions in the carrier tape - the position of the current part is shown on the HMI panel, so the operator knows at any time which part is at the testing spot marked by an arrow.
Interface and control logic
The rewinding cycle is controlled by a PLC, and the operator interacts with the machine through the HMI panel and push buttons.
