How it works

Four sequences: preheating, lacquering, drying, emptying

LAKI passivates electronic components for KEKO Varicon (Bourns) in Žužemberk through four automatic sequences. The first sequence is preheating - warm air is blown in through the heating and blowing system while the drum spins and turns the parts over, until the set temperature is reached and maintained.

After preheating, the lacquering sequence starts automatically - periodic spraying of lacquer in spray form, with air blown in at constant temperature and flow and continuous drum rotation. The third sequence is drying under the same flow and temperature conditions. Once the set drying time has elapsed, the machine waits for the operator to open the door, fit the emptying funnel and press Start to launch the final sequence - emptying, in which the drum spins in the opposite direction and the parts flow into the discharge channel.

Interface and control logic

Each of the four process sequences - preheating, lacquering, drying and emptying - has defined parameters for rotation speed, temperature and the number and duration of spray cycles, selected through a program.

Technical details

Four automatic sequences

Preheating, lacquering, drying and emptying follow one after another without manual intervention, except for opening the door before emptying.

Adjustable program parameters

Rotation speed, temperature and the number and duration of spray cycles are defined by the selected program.

Controlled emptying

The drum rotates in the opposite direction so that the parts drop into the discharge channel in a controlled way.
