How it works

From unsorted housings to a marked and transported part

PRIKA sorts, marks and transports housings for TDK Croatia in Kutina. Unmarked housing parts start from the infeed hopper, from which they are dosed into the vibratory feeder. The vibratory feeder orients the parts and supplies them to the conveyor belt.

On the conveyor belt, the parts are additionally positioned using pneumatic cylinders. The positioned parts come under the printer head, which prints the appropriate marking on each part. The marked parts are transported by the conveyor belt further to the box for finished parts, ready for further processing.

Control

Interface and control logic

The machine is controlled by a PLC, while communication between the operator and the machine is provided by an HMI panel, pushbuttons and a SCADA system that monitors the production flow.

The conveyor belt carries the parts from feeding to the box for finished parts without manual intervention.
