How it works

Nesting parts into trays by table rotation and vibration

SIVI nests electronic components into trays for TDK Croatia in Kutina. Through an opening on the front of the machine, guarded by a light curtain, the operator inserts the trays onto the rotary table and starts the work cycle by pressing the Start button.

An exact number of parts, defined in advance by the operator, is dispensed from the pocket. The frame then lowers, and through a combination of table rotation and vibration the parts fill the slots in the tray. At the end of the cycle, the excess parts return to the pocket and the frame rises so that the operator can change the trays on the machine.

Operator safety at the loading and unloading opening is ensured by a light curtain, while the nesting cycle is defined by the number of parts the operator sets in advance.
