SOLMAC

SOLMAC is a semi-automatic station for soldering components on PCBs.
Actuators: cylinders, servo axis, soldering iron.
Safety: emergency shutdown, light curtain, two-hand control.
PLC: safety PLC.
Description of work: Components are placed in housings located in the working part of the station, which is protected by a light curtain. After that, the operator starts the soldering process by pressing the two-hand control. After soldering, the soldered component is taken out and the process is repeated.
